  • 3 to 4 lb. beef brisket
  • 2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. onion salt
  • 2 tsp. celery seed
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
  • black pepper
  • 1 c. Kraft onion barbecue sauce
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

    Line broiler pan with foil.

    Wrap brisket in foil with remaining ingredients.

    Marinate overnight.

    Bake 4 to 5 hours at 225° to 275° in the foil that it was marinated in.
