- 4 c. cooked lean beef, cut in strips
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1/4 c. wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. crumbled oregano
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Put the meat strips on a rimmed platter and cover with sliced onions.

2Sprinkle with parsley.

3Mix together the oil, vinegar, oregano, mustard, and salt.

4Pour over the meat, cover and chill for at least 3 hours to mingle flavors.
