- 1 c. salad oil
- 1/2 c. wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 c. onion, sliced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 c. stuffed green olives, sliced (optional)
Directions

1Drain peas; add remaining ingredients.

2Refrigerate in covered container for at least 24 hours.

3Remove garlic bud.

4Will keep 2 weeks.
