  • 1 c. salad oil
  • 1/2 c. wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 c. onion, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 c. stuffed green olives, sliced (optional)

Directions

    Drain peas; add remaining ingredients.

    Refrigerate in covered container for at least 24 hours.

    Remove garlic bud.

    Will keep 2 weeks.
