Marinated Broccoli

Ingredients
- 1 bunch fresh broccoli
- 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp. dry onion flakes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. oil
Directions

1Cut part of stems off of broccoli.

2Peel skins off of stems left on, and cut into flowerets.

3Wash very good.

4Mix vinegar, sugar, celery seed, onion flakes and salt together thoroughly. Add oil and mix well.

5Place broccoli in large Tupperware bowl with cover.

6Cover with dressing.
-
7Seal well and turn bowl over. Store upside down in refrigerator.

8Turn bowl often.
-
9This can be made a day or two ahead of time.

11You can add slivered carrots to the broccoli to add color.
