  • 1 head broccoli
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • fresh mushrooms (optional)
  • 1 c. fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. sugar or NutraSweet
  • 2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
  • 1/2 c. raisins or nuts
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. bacon, cooked and crumbled or real bacon bits

    Use a large bowl.

    Fix broccoli and cauliflower into small florets.

    Cut mushrooms in half.

    Mix together mayonnaise, sugar and wine vinegar and pour over vegetables.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Mix well and refrigerate overnight.
