  • 5 c baby carrots (frozen)
  • 1 can undiluted tomato soup
  • 1 c vegetable oil
  • 3/4 c vinegar
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 t prepared mustard
  • 1 t Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 t black pepper
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
