  • 5 c. carrots, sliced and cooked until tender
  • 1 medium green pepper, diced
  • 2 medium onions, diced
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • salt and prepared mustard to taste

Directions

    Combine soup, vinegar, sugar and oil. Pour over carrots, pepper and onion. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
