  • 2 lb. carrots
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 medium onion, sliced thin
  • 1/2 green pepper, sliced thin
