- 250 g wheat flour
- 100 g yeast
- 200 g yellow cheese (preferably cheddar, american cheese or similar)
- 5 garlic cloves
- 200 ml milk
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup sunflower oil
Directions

1Prepare leaven from yeast,8 spoonfuls of milk,3 spoonfuls of flour and sugar.

2Leave it be for 15 minutes.

3Add the leftover flour, salt and milk.

4Form a ball of dough and leave it be for another 30 minutes in a wam place.

5Form four buns and let them sit for 15 minutes.

6Roll them flat.

7Mince the garlic, add some milk, put in the fridge.

8Fry the langose on both sides until you get warm gold colour.

9Pour the garlic milk on the langos, grate some cheese on it and serve immediately.
