Ingredients

  • 250 g wheat flour
  • 100 g yeast
  • 200 g yellow cheese (preferably cheddar, american cheese or similar)
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 200 ml milk
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup sunflower oil

Directions

    Prepare leaven from yeast,8 spoonfuls of milk,3 spoonfuls of flour and sugar.

    Leave it be for 15 minutes.

    Add the leftover flour, salt and milk.

    Form a ball of dough and leave it be for another 30 minutes in a wam place.

    Form four buns and let them sit for 15 minutes.

    Roll them flat.

    Mince the garlic, add some milk, put in the fridge.

    Fry the langose on both sides until you get warm gold colour.

    Pour the garlic milk on the langos, grate some cheese on it and serve immediately.
