- 5 c. (2 lb.) sliced carrots
- 1 medium sweet onion
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 green pepper
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 Tbsp. salt and pepper
Directions

1Boil carrots 5 minutes.

2Let stand in boiling water for 10 minutes.

3Remove from heat; drain and cool.

4Cut onion and green pepper in slices; mix with cooled carrots.

5Mix other ingredients together and pour over carrots.

6Cover and marinate for 12 hours. Refrigerate.
