- 2 lb. fresh carrots
- 1 large green pepper, sliced
- 1 can tomato soup, diluted
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 large onion, sliced into rings
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook sliced carrots until tender; drain.

2Combine soup, sugar, salad oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.

3Bring to a boil; stir to dissolve sugar.

4Pour hot mixture over carrots, green pepper and onion rings.
