- 5 c. sliced carrots
- 2 medium sweet onions
- 1 medium green pepper
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook carrots.

2Drain and cool.

3Cut onions and green peppers in round slices or however you prefer and mix with cooled carrots. Mix other ingredients together and pour over vegetables.

4Cover and marinate for 12 hours or more.

5This will keep for 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
