- 2 cans tiny carrots, drained or may cook fresh ones
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
Directions

1Place carrots in serving dish. Set aside. In saucepan, put soup, sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, vegetable oil and salt. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Add onion and pepper. Pour over carrots. Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
