- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. oil
- 3/4 c. white vinegar
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 large onion
- 1 large bell pepper
Directions

1Cut up carrots; cook in salted water, then drain.

2Don't cook until soft.

3Mix tomato soup, oil, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, salt and pepper.

4Slice onion and bell pepper.

5Add carrots, onion and bell pepper to mixture and leave overnight.
