- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/3 tsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar to taste
- 5 c. carrots, chunked
- 1 to 2 onions, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 stick margarine
Directions

1Use a 1 quart can of cooked carrots or cook your raw carrots until tender.

2Layer carrots, raw pepper and onion in a dish.

3Set aside.

4Heat tomato soup, vinegar, sugar, salt, mustard and margarine.

5Mix well.

6Pour this over your carrots and marinate overnight.

7Heat and serve.
