  • 5 c. sliced carrots
  • 1 medium sweet onion, cut in round slices
  • 1 small green pepper, cut in round slices
  • 1 can cream of tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Cook carrots and cool; add onions and green pepper.

    Mix other ingredients together; pour over carrots.

    Cover and marinate for 12 hours or more.

    Drain and serve.

    Will keep 2 to 3 weeks in the refrigerator.
