Ingredients

  • 2 bunches carrots
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. Crisco oil
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard

Directions

    Slice and cook carrots until tender in boiling salted water. Set carrots, onion and bell pepper aside.

    Heat the rest of the ingredients just enough to blend well and pour over carrots. Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
