- 5 c. sliced carrots
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 onion, sliced into rings
- 1 green pepper, sliced
Directions

1Cook carrots in water until tender.

2Combine cooled carrots, onion and pepper.

3In another container, combine remaining ingredients and mix well.

4Pour over vegetables and refrigerate overnight.

5Will keep in refrigerator for 3 weeks.
