- 2 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 green pepper, diced
Directions

1Cook carrots until medium tender. Drain.

2Add onion and green pepper. Mix oil, sugar and vinegar.

3Heat until sugar dissolves. Add dry mustard and tomato soup.

4Mix and pour over vegetables. Cover and refrigerate.

5Keeps 6 weeks.
