- 2 lb. carrots
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 green pepper, slivered
- 1 c. tomato soup
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. salad oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Pare and slice carrots into 1/2-inch pieces.

2Cook only until crisp-tender.

3Whip the tomato soup, sugar, salad oil, salt, vinegar, pepper and dry mustard for 5 minutes or place in blender. Combine carrots, pepper, onion, and pour dressing over.

4Let stand several hours or overnight.
