  • 3 lb. carrots
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 green sweet pepper, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced

    In a saucepan, mix and cook remaining ingredients for 7 minutes.
