- 1 small green pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 5 c. cooked carrots, sliced
- 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Cook carrots. Drain and cool.

2Cut onion and pepper in rounds and mix with carrots.

3Mix together other ingredients and pour over vegetables.

4Cover and marinate for 12 hours or more. Will keep 2 to 3 weeks.
