- 2 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1 c. tomato soup
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 small onions, thinly sliced and broken into rings
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cook the carrots just until done, but still firm.

2Mix together the tomato soup, sugar, oil, salt, pepper, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.

3Add onions and peppers.

4Drain carrots and mix all ingredients.

5Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.

6Serves 6 to 8.
