- 2 large bunches carrots
- 2 small or 1 large pepper
- 2 small or 1 large onion
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp. pepper
Directions

1Cut carrots into chunks.

2Cook until tender.

3Cut onion and bell pepper in slices.

4Place into bowl.

5Pour cooked carrots into bowl with onions and peppers.

6In saucepan, heat the other ingredients until very hot.

7Do not bring to boil.

8Pour over carrots, onions and peppers.
