- 1 small bell pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 can tomato soup
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Slice and boil carrots in salted water until fork-tender. Don't overcook.

2Drain when cool.

3Alternate layers of bell pepper rings, onion slices and carrots.

4Mix remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables.

5Will keep in refrigerator for several days.
