- 5 c. carrots, cooked and sliced
- 1 c. red onion, sliced thinly and separated
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook carrots, then mix with green pepper and red onion.

2Mix together the remaining ingredients.

3Pour over carrots.

4Cover and let stand in refrigerator for 24 hours.
