  • 5 c. carrots, cooked and sliced
  • 1 c. red onion, sliced thinly and separated
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper

    Cook carrots, then mix with green pepper and red onion.

    Mix together the remaining ingredients.

    Pour over carrots.

    Cover and let stand in refrigerator for 24 hours.
