- 2 lb. sliced carrots
- 1 medium sliced onion
- 1 green pepper, cut in rings
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. white vinegar
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dill weed
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Boil carrots until just tender (8 to 9 minutes).

2Layer onion, carrots and green pepper in a large bowl.

3Heat remaining ingredients to boiling, stirring occasionally.

4Cool slightly. Pour over vegetables.

5Cover and place in refrigerator for at least 8 hours.

6They will keep about 1 week.
