  • 2 1/2 c. berries
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. sweet cream
  • 2 Tbsp. flour or cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

    In a large bowl, combine the first four ingredients, mixing well.

    Turn into prepared 9-inch pie pan.

    Dot with butter. Adjust top crust and flute edges.

    Make slit in the middle to let steam escape.

    Bake at 375° for 35 to 45 minutes, or until nicely browned.
