- 2 lb. carrots
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 can tomato soup (undiluted)
- 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 c. sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Cook and drain carrots.

2Then cut into round slices.

3Mix together all the other ingredients for the marinade.

4Do not cook this mixture.

5Pour marinade over carrots and leave in the refrigerator for 2 or 3 days.

6Then drain sauce and serve.

7The marinade can be saved and re-used.
