- 2 lb. carrots, sliced
- 1 large onion (in rings)
- 1 large green pepper, sliced thinly
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook carrots just until tender.

2Drain onions and peppers. Heat soup, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper together in a saucepan until mixed well.

3Pour over vegetables and toss until well coated.

4Keep refrigerated.
