  • 2 lb. carrots, sliced
  • 1 large onion (in rings)
  • 1 large green pepper, sliced thinly
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Cook carrots just until tender.

    Drain onions and peppers. Heat soup, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper together in a saucepan until mixed well.

    Pour over vegetables and toss until well coated.
