  • 1 large green pepper, diced
  • 1 can undiluted tomato soup
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
