- 1 bell pepper
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
Directions

1Cook carrots until tender; drain and cool.

2Cut onions and pepper; add to cooked carrots.
