- 1 medium red onion
- 1 small bell pepper
- 1 can tomato soup, undiluted
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Cook carrots until just tender.

2Chop onion and bell pepper. Mix all together and allow to marinate one hour or longer.

3Sauce can be used over salad or chicken can be added and eaten with rice as a casserole.
