- 2 lb. carrots, cut diagonally
- 1 large onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. oil
Directions

1Boil carrots 5 minutes in salt water; drain.

2Cook sugar, vinegar, oil and soup until sugar is dissolved.

3Pour over sliced pepper, onion and carrots.

4Marinate overnight.
