- 2 lb. carrots, sliced
- 1 large onion
- 1 bell pepper
- salt to taste
- 1 c. tomato soup
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 c. sugar
Directions

1Boil carrots in salted water until tender.

2Drain.

3Chop onion and pepper.

4Mix sugar, mustard and soup.

5Add vinegar and oil; mix well.

6Pour over cooled carrots, onion and pepper.

7Mix lightly and store in refrigerator overnight.
