Ingredients
- 5 c. sliced carrots, cooked
- 1 medium sweet onion (purple)
- 1 small green pepper
- 1 can tomato soup (zesty)
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vinegar
Directions

1Cook carrots (do not overcook).

2Drain and cool.

3Cut onions and green pepper in round slices, then mix with carrots.

4Mix all other ingredients together, then pour over vegetables.

5Cover and marinate for 12 hours or longer.

6Drain to serve.

7This will keep for two weeks in refrigerator.

8Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
