Ingredients

  • 2 cans carrots or 2 lb. fresh carrots, cooked
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, cut in small strips
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. Wesson oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard

Directions

    Bring soup, sugar, vinegar, oil, Worcestershire sauce and mustard to a boil.

    Pour over carrots, onions and bell pepper. Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
