  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. Wesson oil (I use 1/4 c.)
  • 1 large or 2 small pkg. carrots
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped sweet pepper
  • salt and pepper to taste

    tender; slice in rings over sauce.
