- 1 small green pepper, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salad mustard
Directions

1Cook carrots until crunchy tender.

2Drain.

3Blend the rest of the ingredients and pour over carrots, green pepper and onion. Cover and marinate 12 hours or longer.

4Keeps for weeks in refrigerator.
