  • 2 lb. carrots
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1 c. tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. salad oil
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Slice and cook carrots.

    Mix sugar, mustard, soup, vinegar and oil.
