- 2 bags carrots or 2 large cans carrots, drained
- 1 green pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt to taste
Directions

1Slice and cook carrots.

2Slice or chop pepper and onion. Alternate layers of carrots and onion and pepper.

3Blend together well the soup, oil, sugar, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce and salt to taste.

4Pour sauce over carrots and refrigerate overnight.
