- 2 lb. sliced cooked carrots, cooled
- 1 medium onion, cut into rings
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 can cream of tomato soup
- 3/4 c. cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- black pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. Wesson oil
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. sugar
Directions

1Combine the first 3 ingredients.

2Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the first mixture.

3Let set in refrigerator 12 hours before serving. Will keep in refrigerator several weeks. Drain before serving.
