- 5 c. carrots
- 1 large onion
- 1 large bell pepper
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Clean carrots and slice into 1/2-inch medallions. Cook them 10 minutes; drain. Combine all other ingredients and bring to a boil that you can't stir down. Pour over carrots. Marinate overnight. Serve cold. Yield: approximately 8 servings.
