- 2 lb. carrots, peeled and diced or sliced
- 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. salad oil
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook carrots until tender in salted water.

2Drain carrots. Put all other ingredients together in broiler and bring to a boil. Remove from heat.

3Add carrots.

4Store in refrigerator for 24 hours.

5Serve hot or cold.
