- 2 lb. carrots
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 stalks celery
Directions

1Slice carrots crosswise and boil until tender; cool and drain. Mix sugar, tomato soup, vinegar, oil, Worcestershire and mustard. Bring to boil.

2Chop onion, bell pepper and celery and mix with carrots.

3Pour hot sauce over mixture and marinate for several days in refrigerator before serving.
