Ingredients

  • 2 bags carrots, cleaned, sliced and cooked
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 large onion, cut in rings
  • 1 green pepper, cut up fine
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Combine carrots, peppers and onions in a mixing bowl and mix. Mix all other ingredients for sauce and pour over vegetables. Cover and marinate for 8 hours.
