- 5 c. sliced cooked carrots, drained
- 1 medium onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cut onion and pepper in round slices and put in dish with carrots.

2Mix all other ingredients together and pour over carrots, pepper and onion.

3Cover and place in refrigerator at least 12 hours.

4Will keep 2 weeks in refrigerator.
