- 2 lbs carrots, thinly sliced diagonally
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon mustard, yellow
- 12 cup salad oil
- 34 cup sugar
- 34 cup cider vinegar
- 10 34 ounces tomato soup, condensed can
- 1 onion, large chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
Directions

1Boil carrots 5 minutes.

2Drain and cool by running under cold water.

3In a medium bowl, mix salt, black pepper and mustard.

4Add oil and whisk to blend.

5Add sugar, vinegar and soup.

6Whisk till well blended.

7Stir in onion, green pepper and carrots.

8Cover and chill to marinate at least 1 day to allow flavors to meld.
