- 5 c. cut carrots
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. white vinegar
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cook carrots in small amount of water with a little salt. Drain.

2Combine carrots, green pepper and onion.

3Mix vinegar, sugar, soup and mustard together.

4Pour over vegetable mixture. Marinate 12 hours.
