- 5 c. sliced carrots
- 1 medium onions
- 1 small green pepper
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook carrots until tender, but firm.

2Drain and cool.

3Mince green pepper and slice onion.

4Mix with cooled carrots.

5Cover with remaining ingredients and marinate about 12 hours.

6Keeps at least 2 weeks in refrigerator.
